Pay & Schedule

• $17.50 – $20.00/hr DOE
• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical & electrical components using hand and power tools
• Build machines, trailers, conveyors, and robotic systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform equipment setup/changeovers and troubleshooting
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, press brakes, and other manufacturing equipment
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
• Complete production paperwork and prep products for shipping

Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers)
• Basic computer skills required
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours per shift
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
