OneSource Staffing is hiring Assemblers for two established manufacturing companies in the Berwick area. These are 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunities offering competitive pay, steady hours, and long-term potential.
Assemble products using hand tools and power tools
Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality and conformity
Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Assemble products according to customer and company specifications
Use torque wrenches, calipers, and other measuring equipment
Package finished products to ensure safe delivery to customers
Maintain a clean and safe work area by returning tools and equipment at the end of each shift
Previous mechanical or assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and follow drawings and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable using measuring and torque equipment
Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
1st shift schedule
$17.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience
