Our client company is searching for an experienced Shipping Clerk with Order Entry and Invoicing Experience is mandatory!
Duties will include:
Answering phones, emailing, entering orders, and scheduling pickups, Preparing necessary paperwork for transport, Experience in this role is required.
MUST:
*Be experienced with QuickBooks 2-3 years documented on your resume
*Microsoft Office 365 programs, 2-3 years documented experience
*Customer service oriented
*Be professional-you are representing the company
*Be able to pass background check and drug screen requirements
