Join Our Client's \ Team as an Accounts Receivable/ Payable Specialist! 

Are you a detail-oriented professional seeking a rewarding opportunity in accounting? Look no further! We are currently hiring for the role of Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join our client's team/ 

Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 

Pay: $18 per hour

As an A/R A/P Specialist, you will:

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions efficiently. Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts accurately. Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies. Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting. Contribute to the overall success of the accounting department through teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
