Pay Rate: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Turbotville, PA

Position Overview

This is not a training position, we’re looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk who can hit the ground running in a busy manufacturing environment.
If you’re fluent in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and have a solid background in accounting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile invoices using ERP and company-specific software
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Generate and maintain accurate reports
• Assist in tracking jobs, shipments, and related financial data
• Handle phone communications in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous AR/AP and accounting experience required
• Software: Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bonus: Payroll experience is a plus

Requirements:

Background and drug tests are required for review of eligibility, all pre-screening is performed at no cost to the applicant. This is a Production Facility, so Steel-Toe footwear is required outside of the office environment. All other safety gear and PPE are provided.
