DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Job Responsibilities: 

  • Must demonstrate proficiency on MIG welding for Cold Rolled Steel, as well as a variety of Stainless-Steel Finishes
  • Must demonstrate proficiency (structural and aesthetics) on TIG welding for Cold Rolled Steel, Aluminum, as well as a variety of Stainless-Steel Finishes
  • Must demonstrate ability to perform assembly operations that combine welding disciplines with assembly, and spot-welding disciplines for make to order product business such as MBQ, and New cabinet opportunities.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency on Finishing (Buffing and Grinding) all weld finishes to support high aesthetic requirements of the healthcare industry.
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet and exceed production standards on a regular basis.
  • Cleans and maintains work area.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

   Basic Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Maintains regular attendance.
  • Experience working in a team-based environment.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Welding certificate
