Our client company in Telford, Pa. is looking for experienced machine operators!!

Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm

Candidates for this position should be detail-oriented and willing to learn!

Machine operators should be able to follow instructions, work well with others, and help ensure htat all safety regulations are followed. they must be technically inclined and be able to properly utilize tools and machinery. Since problems with machinery may arise, machine operators must be able to analyze situations and find solutions. In depth training may be required in order to prepare a machine operator for their daily duties.

Duties and responsibilities:

*Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process

*perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected

*Work with others to ensure equipment is in proper working order

*Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations

*Set up machines (calibration, cleaning) to start a production cycle

*Control and adjust machine settings

*Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines

*Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws

*Perform quality control, follow reporting and record keeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor

*Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area

Requirements and Qualifications

*High School diploma or equivalent

*Technical degree is a plus

*Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience

*Ability to work in a team environment and follow both written and oral instructions

*Attention to detail

*Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

* Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics
