Inside Sales Representative

Company Location: Tatamy, PA

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Potential for higher earnings with additional experience and performance.

Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new sales and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales goals, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain accurate sales records.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads and develop customer relationships
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
• Manage and maintain accurate sales records and data
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of B2B sales experience
• Proven track record in lead generation and qualification in a B2B sales role
• Strong proficiency in using computers and smart phones, including Microsoft Office, SketchUp, GoTo Meeting, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms (Epicor or SalesForce experience a plus)  
• Experience communicating with senior-level executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on account status and projects
