Position: Sample Coordinator / Warehouse Associate
Location: Easton, PA
Shift: 1st Shift, Full-Time (Mon-Fri) 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour, with WEEKLY PAY

OneSource Staffing is hiring! We’re looking for a dedicated and organized Sample Coordinator / Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations and handle product samples in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Valid driver’s license

Position Summary:
The Sample Coordinator / Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, handling, and distributing product samples across departments, assisting with various warehouse tasks, and maintaining a clean, well-organized display area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sample Handling & Organization: Receive, unpack, and deliver samples to different divisions, label them accurately, and manage the location and return of samples.
• Inventory & Tracking: Maintain organized inventory records, recommend improvements, and update archived items as needed.
• Shipping & Logistics: Prepare, pack, and ship samples domestically and internationally. Transfer samples between buildings, including priority items.
• Warehouse Support: Keep the display area organized, assist with shipping tasks for other divisions, and support showroom upkeep.
• Physical Tasks: Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs., with assistance for heavier loads. Perform repetitive warehouse tasks such as sorting, packing, and shelving.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or shipping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks and warehouse activities
