Our client in Berwick, PA is seeking a Temporary HR Support Administrator to join their team!  In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing administrative support to Human Resources department, contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes during a temporary period of increased workload.

*This is an on-site position located in Berwick, PA.*

Dayshift hours - Full-time - Pay is $18-20 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure the effective execution of HR initiatives and projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
• Working with Leave of Absence, Union employees, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and Benefits (mainly leave).

 Qualifications:

• *2+ years of previous administrative experience in an HR or related role is required*
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
