*You must have Seeding, Planting and/or Growing experience on your resume to be considered.*

We are seeking an Authentically Green-Minded Candidate that is passionate for Plants & Growing, that is available for 10-hour shifts: This is a mix of Humid & Cold Environments.

Schedule: Professional Interviews are Required.

• 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with up to (1) hour OT to complete transplanting schedule.
  • This position pays $16 an hour with available OT.

Looking to hire and promote with great attendance and self-motivation.

The primary duties for this position requires daily seeding and transplant of hydroponically grown lettuces and herbs in a safe and efficient and potentially assist moving/loading boxes in a Storage Cooler.

 **You must have Seeding, Planting and/or Growing experience on your resume to be considered.**

Skills:

• Ability to read, interpret and retain knowledge from S.O.P.'s, Safety rules and label mixing instructions.
• Ability to update and complete routine logs (food safety & inspection/tracking) as well as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.

You could be asked to occasionally work with the Harvesting and Pack Room teams.

• Dressing in layers is HIGHLY encouraged due to the range in temperatures.
• Employees will work mostly in cooler temperatures ranging between 35-42 degrees.

Food or agriculture industry experience preferred, includes on-going training in Food Safety and Sanitation.

Requirements:

Background and drug tests are required for review of eligibility, all pre-screening is performed at no cost to the applicant. This is a agricultural facility, so correct footwear and dress code will be discussed and required.
