We offer three different harvesting rotations with 10-hour shifts. Please note that this is a warm and humid environment.

• Start time at 4:00 AM - Earn $15 per hour.

Our client is seeking individuals who are open to working an unconventional schedule on a 3-week rotation. Every third week, you'll enjoy a 5-day weekend!

• Earn $15 per hour with potential for overtime.
• Enjoy a schedule that gives you three days off each week, including at least one weekday for appointments or personal business.
• We're looking for individuals with great attendance and self-motivation, and there's potential for promotion.

Harvesting Duties: You’ll be part of our plant and pull lines in the greenhouse.

• You’ll be responsible for pulling hydroponically grown lettuces out of nutrient ponds. (Expect to get wet!)
• Occasionally, you might be asked to assist with pond sanitation.

Occasional Packing Duties: You might also work in our Packing and Pack Room teams.

• It's important to dress in layers due to varying temperatures.
• Most of your work will be in cooler temperatures ranging between 37-42 degrees.

Experience in the food or agriculture industry is preferred. We provide ongoing training in food safety and sanitation.

Requirements:

Background and drug tests are required for eligibility review, but don’t worry, pre-screening is performed at no cost to you. Since this is an agricultural facility, appropriate footwear and dress code will be discussed and required.
