Overview
We are seeking a skilled High Reach Forklift Operator that will also be . The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and be proficient in operating including forklifts and pallet jacks. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our facility, contributing to our overall operational success.

Duties

• Operate forklifts to load and unload materials in our recycling department
• Must be able to use RF Scanners
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all materials are handled according to OSHA standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to maintain mechanical knowledge and ensure safe operation.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve warehouse management systems.
• Assist in heavy lifting and materials handling tasks as required, including the use of clamp trucks for specialized loads.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with a focus on distribution operations.
• Experience with operating a High Reach Fork Lift
• Familiarity with order picking processes and the use of RF scanners is highly desirable.
• Experience operating cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment is essential.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with materials handling best practices is beneficial.
• Must be used to inventory
• Must have use of scanners
• Must be able to drive forklift
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must speak English
• 7pm-7am rotating shift must be flexible
