Our client company in Green Lane, Pa. is looking for full time production operators.

On the job training is provided!

Overnight shift same days as day shift but 6:45pm-7am- $16.50 and $17.00 per hour, 3/4 rotation

Rotating schedule, first week 3 days on, 4 days off; second week 4 days on 3 days off.

The Production Operator will operate various types of injection molding machines and assembly operations producing a large assortment of products to support manufacturing. Operators are responsible for the entire manufacturing process, including assembly, performing quality checks and monitoring the process. Must demonstrate a positive work attitude, producing quality products at all times. The Production Operator has the authority to report any process that is producing nonconforming product or any safety violation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

*Understand the company's quality Policy as it relates to your function

*Before operating any equipment or machine, review the job folder and work order for detailed manufacturing instructions, including packaging and any special requirements

*Operate one or multiple mold press machines, equipment or operations as assigned. Operations may include, but are not limited to: Removing gates, trimming, drilling, sonic    welding, assembly, pad printing, and packaging.

*Follow both verbal and written instructions, and accurately complete all quality and production related documentation required for each specific work order.

*Maintain accurate and complete production counts and the required level of efficiency and product quality.

*Participate in company sponsored training, continuous improvement and team activities.

*Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean and in an orderly manner

*Follow all safety regulations and the use of equipment as directed by the supervisor.

*Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

*High School diploma or equivalent

*Must know how to read and write English. All paperwork requirements must be in English

*Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

*Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to work in a team environment

*Physical demands-while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit , use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and talk or hear. the employee is frequently required to walk, stand and reach with hands and arms. Lifting up to 50 pounds. Standing for up to 10-12 hours is required.
