We are currently hiring an individual for our Benefits Department located on site in Mountain Top, PA.
START IMMEDIATELY!
Looking for a motivated candidate possessing excellent phone, computer and organization skills and is GOAL DRIVEN!
SCHEDULE:
-Full time (40 hr work week) Day time hours - shifts vary
-position will be located in our Mountain Top office on site or HYBRID for right individual
-full training provided
DETAILS:
-You will reach out to businesses for companies primarily between 5 -500 in North eastern and Central PA to discuss their health insurance needs (also ancillary programs i.e. group dental, vision, life insurance and group disability insurances) .
-primary focus will to generate interest to set appointment for outside reps by contacting management level individuals who handle benefits for specific companies.
- Assist with Sales and occasionally go on sales calls with Reps.
- managing a database so excellent computer skills are required!
- professional and positive phone skills
REQUIRED:
- Previous insurance industry experience ( telemarketing or sales )
