Gutter Installer – 1st Shift (Direct Hire)

Location: Selinsgrove, PA
Pay: $20 – $28 / hr. (Average) based on Experience

OneSource Staffing is seeking full-time Gutter Installers to become valued members of the Installation Teams with a respected, community-minded, customer-focused Gutter Contractor in the Selinsgrove area. This is a long-term opportunity with great benefits, a team-oriented culture, and opportunities for advancement.

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Shifts are (10) hours or until complete
• Typically starts at $20 per hour for entry-level candidates, with higher rates available based on experience

Key Responsibilities: Work with a team completing Gutter Installation, Cleaning, Repair & Maintenance.

• 2+ years of experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
• Interest in growing with the company, be a team player and a desire to establish a positive work culture
• Willingness to work overtime
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services and installation, and a passion for all things gutters!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Gutter/Roofing experience is required
• A Valid PA Driver’s License is Required

Additional Requirements:

• Comfortable Safety Shoes – Steel Toe /ANSI Composite are required
• Clean driving abstract required (reviewed during hiring process)
• Must pass background and drug screening (provided at no cost)
