Flooring Installer – 1st Shift (Direct Hire)

Location: Selinsgrove, PA
Pay: Commission based: $18 – $26 / hr. (Average) based on Experience

OneSource Staffing is seeking full-time Flooring Installers to become valued members of the Installation Teams with a respected, community-minded, customer-focused Residential Contractor in the Selinsgrove area. This is a long-term opportunity with great benefits, a team-oriented culture, and opportunities for advancement through skills ladder training.

Schedule & Pay:

• 1^st Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Shifts are (8) hours or until complete
• Commission typically averages at $900 per week for entry-level candidates, with higher rates maxing at around $1,300 per week, based on experience
  • Earn 4% to 8% of the job value, based on completed work. Commissions are paid weekly

Key Responsibilities: Work both independently and as part of a team.

• Full-service, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of carpets, laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and floor restoration.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Interest in growing with the company,be a team player and a desire to establish a positive work culture
• Deliver 5-star service every step of the way from initial phone inquiry, home visit, inspection and estimate, scheduling, timeliness, installation, follow-up, and ongoing support and service.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in flooring installation including Tile, Hardwood, LVP, Laminate, carpet, floor restoration etc.
• Willingness to work overtime
• Previous experience specifically related to flooring installation, and a passion for all things floors!
• Familiarity with common flooring installation practices
• Ability to work with a wide variety of tools and techniques
• A Valid PA Driver’s License is Required

Additional Requirements:

• Comfortable Safety Shoes – Steel Toe /ANSI Composite are required
• Clean driving abstract required (reviewed during hiring process)
• Must pass background and drug screening (provided at no cost)
